We are looking to recruit the following in the Derbyshire Dales/High Peak areas.

Wellbeing Resilience Project Leader

£9.20 ph (plus 3% pension contribution), 25 hrs per week

Diploma in Health and Social Care level 3 or relevant degree qualification essential

The post of Wellbeing Resilience Project leader will have experience of coordinating, overseeing and delivering support in a group setting and also planning activities, events and therapies. The post holder will also be responsible for the supervision of wellbeing staff and volunteers and will be required to carry out on call and log off duties on a rota basis.

Mental Health Support Worker and Bank Mental Health Support Worker(s)

(25 hrs pw + 1 weekend in four)

£7.69 ph basic, £8.17ph for Diploma Level 3 Health and Social Care qualified (plus 3% pension contribution) 

As an individual support worker the post requires you to improve the lives of people with poor mental health, through one to one support, group setting support, and the agreement and implementation of a support plan. This support may be carried out in a clients’ home or out in the community.

The ideal candidates for the above positions will have a passion for working with people, and will be reliable and flexible. They will also be confident, have excellent communication skills, and be able to provide our clients with support and encouragement. Previous experience in a care setting is beneficial, but not essential because full training will be provided.

You must be a car owner and have a full licence.
