We aim to secure a well-trained, client focused, professional workforce. We have a robust Induction process, and operate a system of regular one-to-one supervision and annual appraisal. All support staff are required to attain Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care. All non support staff are also trained in mental health awareness.

We encourage our staff to contribute to the development of the organisation and the improvement of client support services.
